We may also need to process your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject.
In respect of Marketing Services, we will only use your personal data to provide you with marketing information, promotions and information about issues that we feel you may be interested in where you have given us your specific consent to do so or where there is a legitimate interest.

Who do we pass/share your personal data with?
We may share your personal data with the parties set out below.
  • We may pass your personal data to our third party service providers, subcontractors for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you that we have agreed to provide. When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your personal data secure and to keep it in accordance with the requirements of UK data protection law and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
  • We may transfer your personal information to a third party as otherwise permitted by UK data protection law, for example to our legal advisors or in order to comply with a legal requirement or obligation placed on us by law.

Other than as referred to above, PHARMAnetwork will never sell or share personal information with third parties.
